Our Staff

Trisha 

Trisha is our full time hygienist & has been part of our office since 2011.  She earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from Southern Illinois University in 1999. She is certified in Dental Anesthesia & Laser Therapy. She continues to learn & improve her practice through frequent Continued Education courses. Trisha has had the honor of traveling, twice, to El Salvador in which she was part of a team that provided dental & medical care to rural & underserved villages. These trips have been her most cherished & impactful professional experiences. Trisha’s has 2 children. Her daughter has special needs & loves spending her days at a day program while Trisha is at work. Her son is pursuing a degree in Engineering and working. Her free time is shared with family & friends. She also loves gardening, working out, & is always up for a good renovation project! Trisha understands that the Dental office is not everyone’s favorite place to be, so her goal is to make her patients feel comfortable while building trust with excellent care & individualized support.

Trisha and Pamelyn began working together in 2002 and are thankful to have spent the last 24 years working and laughing alongside one another. The relaxed atmosphere their friendship brings to the office has been known to make even the most apprehensive patients feel at ease, with their stories and comfortable approach.  Stick around long enough, they’ll be offering to organize your kitchen cabinets, paint your rooms or name your babies and pets. 

Pamelyn

Pamelyn first started working with Dr Weyandt in 1996. She knew right away that he was the Dentist she wanted the rest of her career to be spent with.  In 2008, she joined him in his practice.  A 1994 graduate of Parkland College in Champaign, IL, where she received her Degree in Dental Hygiene and is also certified in Laser Therapy.  She stays current with the latest in Dentistry by attending Continuing Education courses. Pamelyn has recently modified her schedule in the office and is splitting her time between Illinois and Tennessee.  Family is the center of Pamelyn’s life.  She loves spending any opportunity she can with her 3 boys who are spread between Illinois, upstate New York and Tennessee. One of her favorite things about Tennessee is being able to spend time with her grandson.  Being a patient of Pamelyn’s, her hope is that you will feel less like being at the dentist and more like you’re sharing stories and life advice with a friend.  She truly enjoys getting to know all of her patients and has a gift of remembering many things about their lives.  She takes great pride in making sure her patients know how much they matter to her.

Trisha and Pamelyn met Ashley in 2022 when she was an instructor at the Kickboxing gym they joined. Eventually, she was brought into the office and has been a perfect compliment to our clinical staff.

Ashley 

Ashley is new to our office & dentistry, starting in September 2025. She has a background in personal training, group fitness, holistic health & wellness, and is a Reiki practitioner & Entrepreneur. She has a passion for helping people.  Ashley has a fun loving daughter, that helps keep life exciting and vibrant. When Ashley isn’t working at the office or coaching classes, she will be spending time in nature, working out or going on a adventure with her daughter & enjoying this beautiful thing called life. You will find Ashley working next to Dr. Weyandt assisting him & helping make patients as comfortable as possible during the visit. 

Pam 

Pam is our extraordinary office coordinator.  She wears many hats and keeps everything running smoothly, with her charming southern accent.  An invaluable asset to the office, and a wealth of knowledge and experience, she will be the one you speak to when calling, and the smiling face you see when you get here!
